Encontra o teu guia, relaxa e desfruta de uma viagem panorâmica ao longo da estrada sinuosa da montanha, vamos levar-te a Shiding, um distrito rural da cidade de Nova Taipé. Localizado no sul do distrito de Shiding, o Lago das Mil Ilhas, também conhecido como Lago Qiandao em chinês, significa literalmente um lago com milhares de ilhas. Partilhando o mesmo nome com a famosa atração da província de Zhejiang, na China continental, a área de captação da barragem de Feitsui, rodeada de colinas, cria um cenário semelhante. O terreno natural e o clima fazem da área circundante da barragem de Feitsui a terra ideal para o cultivo de chá, incluindo o conhecido Wenshan Pouchong e o Dong Fang Mei Ren (que significa literalmente 'Chá Oolong da Beleza Oriental'). A famosa plantação de chá Bagua Tea Garden também se situa nesta zona. Do cimo da colina, as filas de chá bem plantadas parecem-se com os símbolos dos Oito Trigramas. Continua a tua excursão de meio dia através de uma viagem de 15 minutos até ao distrito de Pinglin, onde se cultiva o famoso Wenshan Pouchong. A primeira paragem é o Museu do Chá de Pinglin, um Siheyuan (casa de pátio quadrangular) de estilo Hokkien, onde verá as ferramentas e o equipamento para a colheita de chá no passado e aprenderá sobre a história e o desenvolvimento da indústria do chá de Taiwan. A seguir, visita uma loja de chá local. O teu guia e o instrutor de chá darão uma introdução ao chá taiwanês, e como preparar corretamente o chá taiwanês durante a tua visita. Aqui também terás a oportunidade de provar as amostras de chá. A excursão termina com um transfer de regresso ao local de desembarque escolhido. Podes ir ao Xinyi Shopping District (Taipei 101) ou à estação MRT Zhongxiao Xinsheng.
