Hatha Yoga Taipei is the passion project of the husband and wife hot yogies, Joe and Antonie. As instructors, both are well-trained, thorough their guidance and soothing in their presence. Every class is nurturingly fashioned from love and passion through a series of poses, following the Bikram yoga method.
Both Antonie and Joe have been national champions of the Bishnu Gosh Cup, a Bikram yoga competition. Yoga classes are conviently located in central Taipei, few minutes' walk from Dongem or Guting MRT stations. For a single class, Hatha Yoga Taipei charges NTD500, but classes become cheaper for those who purchase packages or pay a monthly membership. Hatha Yoga Taipei is a welcomign environment where newbies are welcomed and seasoned yogis are continually challenged.
