Yellow Ted is a chain of hair salons which was established way back in 1982. There are currently four locations in the Taipei area, the Zhongshan Headquarters on Chungshan North Road, the 5D Shop in the Datung District, the Lego shop on Nanjing Zhongshan Road (MRT Zhongshan Station Exit 4, there are stairs or an elevator to enter), and piaoliang (Pretty Shop) Hair Salon, also in the Datung District.

All four are open from Tuesday through Sunday, closed Mondays. Hours are 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday - Friday and 11:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. All of the shops use Cota hair products from Kyoto Japan and Yellow Ted is the Taiwan distributor for those products. Services include all of the basics from shampoo and blowout to styling.
