O3 Fitness

Taipei

Slimming and Body Care Fitness Gyms

A fine place to get in shape, O3 Fitness can be found right on the intersection of Xinyi Road and 2nd Boulevard, a short walk from Daan MRT station. A small establishment, they are unique in that they do not have an abundance of generic weight and running machines lined up. Instead, they introduce a 'training smarter' approach to fitness with various free weights, climbing (walls, monkey bars, ladders) and classes offered throughout the week.

Everything here is promoted to bring out the best results in the least time possible, combining strength training, cardio, and body conditioning. The classes offered here range from boxing training, yoga, kickboxing, among others. Private classes offered when booked in advance. Using their facility requires an advance payment of NT$8,000 which becomes credit, deducted only when you show up. First class is free!
