61Note is in Taipei's design-lover district, Zhongshan. A clean, exhibition space, 61Note houses an intimate cafe, and basement display area. 61Note has a minimalist design aesthetic washes over every aspect of the space, right down to the goods sold in the 61Note store. The retail corner, curated kitchenwares, stationeries and accessories. The items sold embody the austere simplicity of 61Note and are all designed in Taiwan or Japan.
The tea accompanying the simple meal here represents 61 Note's approach to both life and design items - simplicity endures through time. The owner handpicks their products such as Tokyo's canvas bags from TEMBA, painting materials from an old Taiwanese shop Yuan Kwan Chuan, Japanese AIZAWA;s utencils made in pure copper plated with silver, hand-made glass cups, paper products. So take your time and enjoy at 61Note!
