The tea accompanying the simple meal here represents 61 Note's approach to both life and design items - simplicity endures through time. The owner handpicks their products such as Tokyo's canvas bags from TEMBA, painting materials from an old Taiwanese shop Yuan Kwan Chuan, Japanese AIZAWA;s utencils made in pure copper plated with silver, hand-made glass cups, paper products.
