ArtYard is a cultural fortress in Taipei's historic Dihua Street district, near the entrance to Yongle Market. Marrying contemporary culture with the area's innate historical richness, ArtYard is a creative hub comprised of Hakka Blue, inBloom, thinkers' theater and Luguo Cafe.
Exhibitions and peformances are often held here. This is a favourite of Taipei's experimental, artistic community. Many handmade items can be purchased in this area too. Visitung ArtYard is a fantastic way to support local artists and also purchase unique gifts. To reach ArtYard, take the MRT orange line to Daqiaotou Station Exit 1 and walk more or less eighteen minutes.
