Ming Art gallery- known at the time as Goethe Art Center - was founded in 1988 by Mr. Cheng Jun-Te. They used to promote Taiwanese 'classics' such as: Chang Yi-Hsiung or Chang Wan-Chuan. While still protecting national, cultural heritage (old ink and oil painting), they engaged themselves in promoting contemporary Taiwanese artists.
They exhibit works of Chiu Ya-Tsai, Cai Zhi-Song and many others on regular basis. Other artists exhibiting in Ming Art Gallery are: Chiu Yatasai, Feng Zhengjie, Feng Zhengoquan, He Sen, Liang Yifen, Shen Na Zhu Hai, Yang Mian, Yang Qian, Zhang Xiaotao, Zhao Neogzhi.
