Ming Art gallery- known at the time as Goethe Art Center -  was founded in 1988 by Mr. Cheng Jun-Te. They used to promote Taiwanese 'classics' such as: Chang Yi-Hsiung or Chang Wan-Chuan. The gallery has changed its profile in the course of time. While still protecting national, cultural heritage (old ink and oil painting), they engaged themselves in promoting contemporary Taiwanese artists.

They exhibit works of Chiu Ya-Tsai, Cai Zhi-Song and many others on regular basis. Other artists exhibiting in Ming Art Gallery are: Chiu Yatasai, Feng Zhengjie, Feng Zhengoquan, He Sen, Liang Yifen, Shen Na Zhu Hai, Yang Mian,  Yang Qian, Zhang Xiaotao, Zhao Neogzhi.
