Piao Piao Gallery opened its doors in 2004. It is located in the trendy and vibrant Yonkang Street neighborhood, full of dim-sum restaurants and ice-cream shops. The goal of the owner - Peng Kanglong - is to provide a space for art lovers to enjoy the very best of Taiwanese modern and contemporary art, as well as to promote foreign artist in the city of Taipei.

Consequently, they focus on supporting artist in the early stages of their artistic career whose paintings, sculptors and installations demonstrate talent and innovation. Piao Piao Gallery showcast the art of Tetsuya Ishiyama, Yun-Hwa Chen, Pei-Chi Shih, Yung-Chung Shih and many others.
