Dahu Park Swimming Pool Complex

This most recent addition to Taipei's outdoor swimming scene was reopened in May 2014. Tucked away in the green outskirts of Taipei, Dahu Park Swimming Pool offers a truly unique opportunity to enjoy a relaxing swim outdoors while surrounded by mountains. The complex consists of an outdoor pool for adults and a smaller one for children.

There are also indoor swimming lanes, steam rooms and a sauna as well as a selection of gym equipment. Although there is an area designed especially for kids, there are few entertainment options for youngsters. 

The surrounding park offers stunning picnic areas. It is a perfect option for people who seek a watery get away from the heat-wave temperatures of Taiwanese summer. A lovely restaurant overviewing a scenic lake and a sun terrace complete the picture.
