Directions to Shuanglian Morning Market
Located along Wanquan Street and Minsheng West Road, Shuanglian Morning Market (雙連朝市) is an interesting place with historical meaning. It's an open air market where you can buy anything from fresh cut flowers, fruit and vegies to household goods, toys, shoes, clothes and just about everything else you can possibly imagine.
It is a very traditional market with the Temple of Wenchang, the taoist god of education and literature, in the middle of it. The coexistence of local food offer with the soul of the old Taipei adds to the uniqueness of the place. The market is located just next to Shuanglian MRT station.
