For people who love to be in line with Mother Earth, Taipei Botanical Garden is the place to go. Established in 1921, there are hundreds of plant species found in this well-maintained garden.

Before the Second World War, there were far more plant species that were seen here in great service to the academia and natural science. During the war, it was deserted. After the war, the garden was once again cared for and has been well-maintained until present.

It has become a favorite go-to place for people to appreciate various plants as to be in touch with Mother Earth. It's also a great place to unwind after a tour of the National Museum of History.
