Ten Foot Health Center

Established in 1983, Ten Foot Health Center (十足健康中心) is one of the oldest places that provides foot massages in Taipei. It is apparently frequented by foreigners. It is said that foot massages or reflexology experiences are great to ease the tension found within our body. Pressure points on our feet correspond to certain organs and by massaging them, it also helps the inner organs in our body.

Foot Massages here start at NT$500 for thirty minutes and cost NT$1500 for ninety minutes. A word of precaution, it is widely believed in Taiwan that the greater the pain, the better you will  feel. So if the pain's too much, tell them to lighten the touches.
