Community Services Center

For first-timers in Taipei, a must-visit place is the Community Services Center (CSC) in Tianmu. They provide all the practical information about living in Taipei, confidential counseling services, Mandarin classes, yoga classes, Kindermusik, and other fun-filled events and workshops.

CSC is also great place to meet new friends and get to know different foreign groups of the community. Every month, Coffee Morning is held and varied topics for the community is discussed.

It's also a place to shop. Books on Taiwan, taxi cards, maps, jewelries and artworks are usually displayed. A volunteer is always present for walk-ins to chat with.
