Wall Livehouse

The Wall Livehouse (這牆音樂藝文展演空間) is a live music venue that has been holding the torch for Taipei's burgeoining underground and independent music scene for some time. In the same basement venue as Taipei's underground club Korner, The Wall Live House is only open during performances. The Wall hosts local and international artists in their 600 pax amphitheater-style concert space.

For bigger gigs, tickets can be bought online ahead of time : http://thewall.tw/. Down the stairs and into this basement space you'll find a punk-grunge tattoo parlor, also selling vintage records. Further in is a bar and soundproof room, with drumkit, which avid drummers can rent by the hour. The Wall is easy to get to, just outside of Gongguan MRT station - near Gongguan food market.
