In Taipei's Wenhua district is the charming bookworm's burrown, Moungar Traces of Books (莽葛拾遺). Past a number of education centers and charming educational stores, this second-hand bookstore is located in a Fujienese-style building, lovingly upheld to retain its original elegance.

With a number of used books lining the shelves, Moungar Traces of Books sells books for children and adults, with a fair portion of literature in English. Woven into the space are calligraphy works, paintings, handcrafts, lanterns and a collection of unusual liquors. A great place to meander through on a lazy afternoon, for the yellowing and dog-eared charm of bookcase aromas and unusual texts.
