Acedemica Sinica is situated in an old industrial district in Taipei, Nankang and has earned many praises internationally for its excellency in researches and various  scholarly studies on different themes across sciences and humanities. It was founded in 1928 in China and re-established in 1949 in Taipei. However, it has not only researche centers but also other facilities such as the digital center, international degree programs, and host a international Tang Prize.

It also hosts a variety of art exhibitions and live performances in their theatre hall, most are free and open for public. Several museums of different fields are also inside Acdemica Sinica. Check out their website for details, opening times of each building are not the same.
