Sights and Highlights

Qintian 76 is a Municipal Relic Site. It was originally completed in 1931. In 1943, The house became the residence of Professor Ma, who was one of the professors that took over National Taiwan University. Today, Qintian 76 still stands with locals and foreigners both enjoying  tours in this almost century-old house where the original Japanese architecture and design still stands. Several events are also held here. This place also serves lunch, dinner and afternoon tea.

For tours, dial 02-8978-7499. They can arrange an English-speaking tour as well. It is closed every 1st Monday of the month. Shoes are asked to be removed prior entry to the old house in order to preserve the floors.
