Meet the driver at the lobby of your hotel and start exploring the highlights of Taipei. Choose your own itinerary, with recommendations from your driver. Head to Shifen Old Street, a railroad town famous for its railway and night lanterns. It is also the filming location for many famous movies. Then, visit Jiufen, a mountain town famous for its narrow alleys lined with food stalls and souvenir shops. Alternatively, choose to visit Longshan Temple, which was built in 1738. After that, take an elevator up the Taipei 101 for a panoramic view of the city and go to the National Palace Museum. Finish up with a wander around Shilin Night Market, which is the busiest in the city. Sample street food and buy souvenirs. You can also choose to visit Yehliu Geopark, known for its rock formations, the Gold Museum, and Jiufen. Return to your hotel at the end of the tour.
