A downright delightful, unpretentious bar that is welcoming and loved by Taipei students for affordability. Revolver is a bustling place with a good mix of English and Chinese speaking patrons, a rock 'n roll red interior and a fiesty, doc marten-wielding bar staff to boot. Although Revolver is a newer kid on the block it has a host of hella loyal customer and allt he feel of your neighborhood bay, any day of the week.
As a live music venue, Revolver is a great place to catch an open mic night or some of Taipei's best up and coming bands. You won't find an ounce of pretence in here, but the bar does boast a sturdy beer selection, all the the liquors a lad or lady may lust after and Taiwan or Asahi drafts on tap. Open everyday from 6PM - pull in on Wednesdays, for buy-one-get-one-free happy hour til 10PM! Right outside of Chiang-Kai Shek Memorial Hall MRT exit 4.
