1789 Cafe Patisserie

The 1789 Cafe Patisserie was founded by French expat Chef Cyrille, a well-traveled, award-winning baker who has a history of crafting desserts around Europe and Asia. Having shown off his craft in Hong Kong, Japan, and Southeast Asia, Chef Cyrille now brings his work to Taiwan. The menu here is mainly only the Chef's specialty pastries and drinks, so this is not the place to find a full meal.

What 1789 offers is somewhere to enjoy a cup of coffee (or tea, or hot chocolate) and enjoy the flavor of French-style pastries gone international. Chef Cyrille brings his culinary culture to Taiwan, as well as integrates the local Asian flavors to create original treats that have global flavors. 1789 can be reached by a 5 minute walk from Zhongxiao Xinsheng exit 5.
