A Cut Steakhouse is found in Taipei's Ambassador Hotel. What makes A Cut go above the typical common Taiwanese steakhouses is their standards in quality of food and their wine selection for those seeking something much more gourmet. This restaurant prides itself on its 'Brandt Beef' which comes from humanely treated animals (from US and Australian farms) who were never given hormones or antibiotics.

But besides steak, one can find anything from seafood, pastas, soups, and salads (yes, A Cut even has vegetarian options). With the steaks, guests can order sauces to add for additional flavor.
