The Aray Bistro is a very recent addition to Taipei's list of restaurants. It is a small, simple place found a short walk from Zhongshan Jr. High School MRT station. Although most patrons are locals, the staff has sufficient English knowledge to be tourist friendly. The inside is stylish and well designed to match a chic urban feel.
The food here is Fusion-Italian and is short but flavorful; find pasta (short rib, seafood), pizza (seafood, mushroom), salads, and even some appetizers with risotto. Drinks here include juice, tea, and coffee. Between 14:30 to 17:30 desserts are served, namely waffles. Expect a 10% service charge on the final bill.
