Cafe Bastille has a number of locations throughout Taipei's Gongguan district - around the Shida area. What Cafe Bastille does well is Belgian beers, with an incredible range to choose from at very reasonable prices. If you're looking for a place to cosy into a big armchair with a friend and a bottle of Belgium's finest brew, this is indeed the place.

Although Cafe Bastille does serve food, fine dining service (or even just dining) are not really the focal point at this establishment. Bar bites, beers, good friends and laidback afternoons or evenings. That's what's recommended here. Note: GREAT WIFI for those in need.
