DinuTai Feng holds a reputation for one of Taiwan's most distinct and culturally rich dumpling houses. Bingyi Yang has originated the notorious dumpling house in Hualien county of Taiwan in 1958. The store initially started out as a cooking oil distributor and seller and later came to be known for the freshest steamed dumplings in town.
