Better known for its chili beef burger or jumbo burger, Evans also has an excellent blue cheese burger and, unlike a lot of Taipei's diners, they don't skimp on the toppings.
There are three Evans Burgers in Taipei: the Shida, Dunnan and Ximending branches. If an all-day brunch menu and great value weren't enough of a hook, Evans also runs 40% off Brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as a $100 burger special on Wednesdays.
