Fei Chien Wu

Taipei

Fei Chien Wu (肥前屋) is famous for it's Japanese dish - roasted eel on rice. Served lunchbox style, the focus of this restaurant is really the food. The setting and their services are very casual, with quick turnaround on tables. Fei Chen Wu is open Tuesdays to Sundays  for lunch  and dinner, closed on Mondays.

In a neighborhood that reflects Taiwan's Japanese influence, Fei Chien Wu is in an alley way lined with Japanese eateries. Affordable meals (+/-300NTD per person) and famed roasted eel make Fei Chien Wu one of the most popular kids on the block. They do also serve a selection of other Japanese dishes. Nearest Taipei metro: Zhongshan MRT station (red line).
