Local tip
If you're truly hungry and up for some hearty, heavy eating this is the place. Forker's serves plates fully-loaded. Not for nibblers!

From the same restaurateur that brought Coda & Bongos' mouthwateringly well-done basic to the bellies of Taipei, there is also the well-loved diner Forkers. Forkers is a diner to step into when hungry. The biggest and the best burger is what you'd come here looking for. In Taipei city, Forker's restaurant serves American style diner food. Hinting with the name, Forkers servers burgers super-sized big enough to encourage the use of eating tools. This Taipei city restaurant has a variety of nourishments on the menu, but Forkers is a burger bar at best.

There are over forty burgers on the menu, with loads of sauces and toppings to choose from. Sides, like pasta salad (heavy on the pasta; light on the salad), golden crispy french fries and thick cut onion rings, make this a 'handle with caution' eating spot for the cholesterol. With meat made on site, and freshly-made fries (from real potatoes, not the freezer), it's hard not to shake out an extra few pennies here and there.

For a low-cal meal this is not the place. But for comfort food in the form of 1/3 pound of juicy Australian beef burger patty, head down to Forkers. In a city shy on meat, Forkers is the place to go for meat-lover and it's full of succulent, seasoned patties to curb the protein withdrawal. This diner has a pint-with-plate vibe, so it's a popular spot for the boys' who want beers and burgers. Nearest MRT: Zhongxiao Dunhua Station.
