Le Bleu W

Just outside the city border from Taipei, Le Bleu rests in New Taipei's Xindian District, very close to Dapinglin MRT on the Green line. It is a lively type of restaurant that is well lit, decorated with the color blue (going along with the name), and has good table space for families and groups. It is open for a good part of the day and has different items for brunch, lunch, and dinner.
