On the 85th floor of the famous Taipei 101, is Shin Yeh 101. As you can imagine, the views from this restaurant are magnificent.  What Shin Yeh 101 serves are gourmet interpretations of traditional Tawianese nightmarket eats. Taiwanese cuisine at this restaurant is free of MSG and prepared with top notch locally sourced ingredients. If you're wanting a luxurious introduction to the tastes of Taiwan, then this is the place.

Best to bring an empty belly as this restaurant has a minimum charge. Although the bill will be a few figures worth noticing, the view and delicious local fare are distracting enough. Lunch time comes reommended for being easier on the wallet and more wondrous on the eyes.
