A small location, Sublime is still somewhere to consider for a drink. The attitude of the owner is to promote multicultural 'urbanization' through the drink list, offering not just different types of drinks but different 'styles'. You will find drinks based on more dapper pop culture (James Bond), Paris Fashion Week, even tropical style cocktails.

The top floor is what one would expect in a more lounge style bar. Below is the main dining area with a rather unique setting. Anyone interested in espionage or American contemporary history will enjoy eating in a mock 1960's FBI office! Be prepared for a 10% service charge on top of what you order. The closest MRT station is Zhongshiao Dunhua.
