The Chips can be found in Daan and Neihu districts (the Neihu location closes between brunch and dinner, the Daan location stays open). The intention of the owners is to establish a more 'country-style' restaurant in Taipei. Ultimately, what is found here is mostly American and Italian style cuisine. There are plenty of options to choose from: hamburgers, risotto, pasta, sandwiches, salads, quesadillas, as well as some good starters and desserts.
Chips has a very small alcohol menu (about 3 kinds of beer) but has plenty of options for coffee. Their separate breakfast menu contains french toast, fruit, eggs benedict, sweet potato, among others. The kids menu makes this a place for the whole family to get a hearty meal.
