The Diner - Xinyi

The Diner (yes, that is the full name) is very reliable when it comes to finding an American-style burger joint in Taipei. Opened in 2006, the owners sought to bring a new dining trend to Taiwan: that of the all-day brunch. Still expanding, there are now three 'The Diner's in Taipei, serving guests comfort food that is still nutritional as it is filling.

The Xinyi location has full breakfast meals that are served all day while the restaurant stays open late. Steak & Eggs, Egg Rancheros, Yogurt Cup, and the 'All-American'. For something a little different, there are also frittatas with chorizo, goat cheese, or salmon. Xinyi's 'The Diner' is found about 5-10 minutes from Taipei City Hall MRT station, inside ATT4fun.
