VVG Thinking is one of the properties owned by the VVG Team, owners of more 'hipster' style establishments in Taipei. VVG Thinking is found in 1914 Creative Park and is VVG's step into Italian-Fusion cuisine. The interior is really something unorthodox when it comes to restaurants, being that this location used to be a factory (the tell-tale two story ceiling and the red bricks), but is still a calm atmosphere.
The menu contains dishes such as soups (a la carte), salads, pastas, and risotto. Main courses can be chicken stew or seafood combination. The dishes can become quite creative. One can even get a lunch set between 12-2pm. The second floor of the restaurant is actually is a shop where one can buy cookbooks, vintage collectables, and art, all in the style of the restaurant.
