Near one of Taipei's Technical Art High School, Fu Hsin Art High School, is a road bursting with art supplies at very reasonable prices. In this street there are a selection of stores selling art supplies and miniature model items. In the same road there is also a store offering framing services in a vast range of materials.
It is incredibly difficult to find parking in this area because of the locality, so it's highly recommended that visitors walk, or travel by taxi or motorcycle.
