Ocean Golf Club is known as Taipei's most affordable golf course. It is located off of the North Coast Highway (No. 2) in Taipei's Shimen District. It is roughly 30 minutes from downtown and one hour from the Taoyuan Airport.
Ocean Golf Club only has 15 holes, meaning golfers must play some holes twice in order to complete the traditional round of 18 holes. There are also some holes that share the same green. The course plays to a Par 71 at just over 6,500 yards from the back tees.
This is one of the few courses in Taiwan where caddies are not mandatory. Push carts are provided, however, and electric carts can be rented.
