The Showtime Theater on Linsen North Road is located in the heart of the Zhongshan District, just across from Linsen Park. It is about halfway between the Zhongshan MRT Station and then Songjiang MRT Station. Both are roughly 10-minute walks away. The Showtime brand is synonymous with a high-quality experience, and the Linsen North Road Theater prides itself on being Taiwan's first boutique studios.

There are 14 auditoriums; all equipped with Dolby 3D projection, and a new generation of QSC amplifiers and JBL surround-sound speakers. The ultra-comfortable seats are imported from Japan, and even the tallest guests will appreciate the extra spacing between the rows. Showtime Linsen also features a VIP hall for a truly luxurious movie-watching experience.
