Located in a two-story western-style building that was once where the U.S. Ambassador resided, SPOT aims to promote creative cultural interchange. It houses an 88-seater cinema that plays the highest quality of foreign and local art films. SPOT also houses a very creative Eslite Bookstore branch. If one doesn't feel like viewing the films but still wants to drop in and experience SPOT's uniqueness, there is a café on the first floor and a lounge-bar on the second floor.
