The Eagle Golf Club, sometimes referred to as Blue Eagle Golf Club, is situated in Taoyuan County's Longtan District. It is roughly 45 minutes from Taipei and 25 minutes from the Taoyuan Airport.
The course is a Japanese design that opened for play in 1979. It plays as a Par 72 at almost 6,900 yards from the blue tees. Golfers should not be intimidated by the length, however, as the course claims to have hard fairways to help increase roll.
Facilities at the course include a swimming pool, two restaurants and a pro shop.
There isn't accommodation on site, but the Leofoo Village resort is just five minutes away from the course.
