Yin Hai-guang House
Taipei
Wander along a winding garden path until you reach a bright blue cabin, raised for protection from the muddy terrain during rainy weather. Strolling into this structure, guests are offered a tour through the daily routines of some of Taiwan's most notable intellectuals.
The house was built during Taiwan's Japanese occupation and here is the place that Yin Hai-guang, named 'father of Taiwanese liberalism', called home. National Taiwan Normal University maintains the space for visitors, to comemmorate Hai-guang's works. Take note that this space has very specific open times. Closed on Sundays and Mondays, and closing everyday for lunch from 12PM until 1:30PM.
