Pâtisserie La Douceur (品悅糖) in Daan district, just off of Yongkang Street, on Jinhua Street. Jinhua Street is a labyrinth of side streets, bursting with delightful cafes. Pâtisserie La Douceur is a parisian cafe, boasting the best pastries and confectionary on the block (and there are is a lot of confectionary on the block). 

A nice escape from the bustling foot traffic streaming around the food market, Pâtisserie La Douceur is a quieter setting. Though, once inside you'll find this cafe is still plump with the popularity of regular patrons lovingly indulding in dark chocolate ganache, large, mousse-centered macaroons and ice cream scoops filled with chocolate brownie.
