Chun Shui Tang Guannang Branch

Chun Shui Tang (春水堂) is where Taiwan's famous bubbly beverage was created. Here the beverage of choice is bubble milk tea. Taiwans bubble tea is named so for the black, glutinous tapioca balls in the tea - which has been made famous internationally. Chun Shui Tang was also the creator of the forerunner of bubble teas - zhenzhu naicha (珍珠奶茶), or milk pearl tea.
