No. 168 Prime Steakhouse is one of the restaurants of the Grand Victoria Hotel. The artistic use of wood gives off a more upscale ambiance but still remains in the casual bracket ('smart casual', if you please). The main room is where guests can see the chefs in plain sight preparing dishes and making pizzas.
Besides pizza, the menu has quail, chicken, salmon, lamb, pork, and of course steak. Chef Danny Teng was formerly with A-Cut Steakhouse, and brings his expertise to bringing out the best in cuts and flavor to steaks here. Those with bigger appetites can check out meal sets for extra courses. Main dishes are served with various seasonings that guests can be creative with to find their preferred flavors.
