The Sonoma Grill is one of the dining options in the Imperial Hotel in Zhongshan District. Using prime cuts from the US, they proudly proclaim that they serve some of the best steak in Taipei. While very much a steakhouse, Sonoma also serves teppan as steak.

The menu is pretty short and simple; more of a focus on quality rather than quantity. The A La Carte menu is broken down into appetizers, soups, pastas, main courses (which is where the beef and seafood steaks are found) and desserts. Sonoma has a short list of wine to choose from and even coffee. Be prepared for a 10% service charge on the final bill.
