Taj Sonoma (焱) is an unusual Indian/Pakistani restaurant. It sells not the usual food you find in Indian restaurants but focuses instead on steaks and fusion food. It was originally named 'Sonoma Grill' in 1995, then the first gourment steakhouse in Taiwan. After transforming with the concept of mixing rich Indian spices to create a uniue exotic cusine, Taj sonoma was born and have been aiming to provide the highest quality of steaks to the global customers.
