The Guest House
Located on the 17th floor and 18th floor of the Sheraton Taipei Hotel, the Guest House features Scezhuan and Yangzhou Cuisine.
The interior of the place has a modern classic feel to it, with good lighting so people can savor their meal. What's more, diners can actually see their meal being prepared through the glass window of the open kitchen.
Classic dishes usually ordered are the Steamed Pork Dumplings or Xiaolongbao, the Braised Noodles with Yellow Fish Broth, Braised Pork Knuckles with Rock Sugar, and Braised Green Beans wrapped in pancakes.
For big groups, the 18th floor features several private rooms. But be sure to call ahead and make a reservation.
